Course participants

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form an integral part of the contract between the parents and Kids Care Freizeitkurse in relation to the reserved place. The registration becomes valid with the signature of a parent. All our leisure courses are aimed at children from 24 months to 4 years old. The course management reserves the right to suspend children who continue to disrupt the course despite previous repeated warnings. In this case there is no right to a refund of the course fee.

Course costs

The material costs are already included in the course costs. The courses also take place during the Swiss school holidays. However, we are closed on public holidays. Our company holidays are 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks over Christmas / New Year.

 

Absences

If a child cannot take part in the course on a certain day of the course due to public holidays, family leave, illness etc., unfortunately no refund can be given. Periodic absence of a child during a course does not entitle the child to a refund of the course fee.

Termination

Both parties can terminate the contract in writing (by e-mail or SMS) at the end of the month, subject to a 1-month notice period.

 

Privacy

Belinda's Kids Care values you as a customer and respects your privacy. We collect certain personal information when you enroll your child in a class at Belinda's Kids Care. Belinda's Kids Care will only use this information to fulfill requests for specific products and services and to notify you of new products or services, special events and promotions. Belinda's Kids Care will not sell, give or rent your personal information to third parties.

Belinda's Kids Care GmbH reserves the right to adapt the content of these terms and conditions, the respective service descriptions, price lists, special agreements and online advertisements, insofar as this is reasonable for the customer.
